Lady Gaga visited Harvard University on Wednesday to launch the Born This Way Foundation, a new anti-bullying initiative in collaboration with the Berkman Center for Internet and Society.

Outside of the Gaga event, student protesters were holding a vigil in honor of nine students they say were bullied right out of the university by Harvard itself. In 1920, the university convened a secret court that expelled those students for homosexuality. Now, the "Their Time in the Yard" group is demanding Harvard make amends.

Guest:

  • Kaia Stern, spokesperson for "Their Day In The Yard;" director of the prison project at Harvard University and visiting faculty member at Harvard's College of Arts and Sciences and Harvard Divinity School.
