The newly formed Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra has one of Boston's most prominent classical music conductors as its leader. Benjamin Zander was forced to give up his New England Conservatory Youth Philharmonic Orchestra baton last year after it was revealed that he had hired a registered sex offender to be the group’s videographer.

Zander joins Radio Boston to talk about his new orchestra.
