What Does It Take To Land At Logan?
ResumeOfficials of the National Transportation Safety Board continue to investigate the Asiana Airlines Boeing 777 that crashed while attempting to land at San Francisco International Airport on Saturday, killing two and injuring more than 180 people.
One of the things about this crash that caught our attention here in Boston is San Francisco's over-water approach, which is familiar to anyone who's flown in and out of Logan International Airport.
So what do pilots need to take into consideration when landing at airports like San Francisco or Boston?
