The Republican National Committee wrapped up its summer meeting in Boston this morning, capping a three-day confab that was focused on outreach and engagement with minority communities.

Part of that effort, included the naming of some Rising Stars within the party, including Marilinda Garcia, who has spent the past seven years in the New Hampshire state house of representatives. She joins me now, from the Granite State.
