We all know that a good night's sleep is important, but we might not know just HOW important. So here's some context: doctors say sleep is the third pillar of health, along with eating well and exercise. And now they're calling for a public health campaign — similar to anti-smoking efforts — to help solve chronic sleep deprivation in America.
