New Report Urges Boston To Invest In Its Young Men Of Color

A new report has found that the key to Boston's prosperity lies within one of its most vulnerable populations: young black and Latino men.

The Tufts University report goes on to say that if Boston wants to ensure its future social and economic well-being, it needs to better invest in programs and services for this demographic, who comprise two-thirds of all males 19 and younger and who are most at risk of growing up in poverty.
