Teller Makes Magic At The A.R.T.
ResumeThe magician Teller, of Penn & Teller fame, is known for stunning illusions. He's also known for not speaking onstage. So you may be surprised to learn that Teller actually loves the spoken word — particularly that of the great master, William Shakespeare.
This comes to light in the American Repertory Theater's new production of "The Tempest," which Teller conceived and co-directs. It incorporates movement from the dance company Pilobolus, the music of Tom Waits and, of course, magic. "The Tempest" began previews last night and it runs through June 15 at the Loeb Drama Center in Cambridge.
Guest
Teller, magician and co-director of "The Tempest."
