On Friday, FBI Director James Comey sent a letter to members of Congress, stating the FBI is reviewing additional emails to determine whether or not they are relevant to the investigation of Clinton's private email server. In the letter, Comey said the FBI "cannot yet assess whether or not this material may be significant."

On Sunday, a bipartisan group of nearly 100 former federal prosecutors and Department of Justice officials issued their own letter, saying they have concerns about Comey publicly making such a statement just 11 days before the election. We talk to one of the signatories of the letter.

Guest

Donald Stern, former U.S. attorney for Massachusetts from 1993 to 2001, and managing director of corporate monitoring and consulting services at Affiliated Monitors.

This segment aired on October 31, 2016.
