We begin our review of the week's news with the intense fight over the Republican health care reform plan. As President Trump said this week about the Affordable Care Act, "The fact is, you were given many lies. Go with our plan. It's going to be terrific."

In contrast, Massachusetts Congressman Jim McGovern took the House floor to blast the bill saying, "You have to have a heart of stone [to vote for this bill]. Because this bill is shameful. It's going to hurt people."

We talk about the vote expected today and then take a look at the verdict in the trial of the former co-owner of the New England Compounding Center. Barry Cadden was charged with murder, racketeering and fraud. He was found not guilty on the most serious charges, but convicted of others.
