CommonHealth: Bill Ensures Free Birth Control In Mass.

Gov. Charlie Baker is expected to sign the ACCESS bill into law today. The bill would ensure that women in Massachusetts would continue to have the access to free birth control with no co-pay that was provided under the Obama administration and the Affordable Care Act.
