The International Olympic Committee announced on Tuesday that Russia will be banned from competing in the 2018 Winter Olympics. The ban allows some Russian athletes to still compete in the games, but without the Russian flag or anthem.

We also talk about Patriots' tight end Rob Gronkowski, who has been suspended for one game after he delivered an illegal hit to Tre'Davious White during Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.

Guest

Bill Littlefield, host of NPR's Only a Game, which tweets @onlyagamenpr.

This segment aired on December 6, 2017.
