A Pay Raise, Not A Tax Cut, Could Be Of More Value To Middle Class

In February this year, middle-class workers should see a bump in their paychecks because of the Republican tax plan that passed Congress last month. But, Boston Globe columnist Evan Horowitz says middle-class Americans would benefit a lot more from a pay raise than a tax cut.
