Sen. Ed Markey Discusses The Latest On Negotiations To Prevent A Shutdown

On Friday, Democratic Minority Leader Chuck Schumer left a meeting in the White House with President Donald Trump after several hours of talks over a pending government shutdown.

Senator Schumer told reporters that "we made some progress," but didn't give any details except that "the discussion will continue."
