In Mayor Marty Walsh's second inaugural address, he pledged to address the "fundamentals of middle-class opportunity" in Boston, namely housing and schools. But former Boston City Councilor Tom Keane says that we should forget about the possibility of growing, and maintaining, a thriving middle class in Boston.
