At Fenway Park on Wednesday, there were two bench clearing events. The first was, let's say, a heated discussion in the third inning, following a slide to second by the Yankees' Tyler Austin. Brock Holt took exception to that moment, but the verbal altercation ended fairly quickly. But not before a "Yankees Suck" chant got going at Fenway.

But the second incident came when the Yankees' Austin was back up to bat, and got drilled in between the shoulder blades with a 98 MPH pitch by Joe Kelly. Both benches and the bullpen joined in the scrum, and three players and a coach were eventually ejected.
