AT&T and Time Warner are merging to create a new media giant.

A federal judge approved an $85 billion merger between telecom provider AT&T and movie and TV producer Time Warner last Tuesday.

President Trump has said the merger is "not good for the country," arguing that it will hurt competition among cable providers and increase costs to consumers streaming content online.
