New Hampshire's Legislature convened Wednesday for a special session and was expected to pass a bill making it more difficult for other states to collect sales taxes from online retailers based in the state.

The bill was developed in response to the Supreme Court's June decision in South Dakota vs. Wayfair which allowed states to collect sales taxes on goods sold online.

Gov. Chris Sununu pledged to fight against the collection of sales taxes in his state, but the New Hampshire House of Representatives is not playing along.
