Boston's HUBweek, now in its fourth year, aims to be a place to have conversations about the big ideas we'll be facing in the future.

The co-founder of HUBweek, Linda Pizzuti Henry, talks about her goals for this year's event and what the future of Boston media looks like.

We also hear from innovators like Gillian Armstrong, who works on AI at Liberty Mutual. Armstrong is developing artificial intelligence technology that she hopes will help people more easily navigate through their workday — and customer service calls.
