Notorious Boston mobster James "Whitey" Bulger was killed this week in a West Virginia Prison, at 89. His crimes were heinous, and his violent legacy in this town is long.

Guest

David Boeri, WBUR senior correspondent. He tweets @davidboeri.

This segment aired on November 1, 2018.
