On this week's show, we presented an archived show edition on the 25th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam war.

We spoke first with retired war correspondent Joseph Galloway who served a 16-month tour as a war correspondent in Vietnam beginning in March 1965, shortly after the first U.S. Marines landed at Danang.

We also talked about the Vietnam War with former US Army Colonel Andrew Bacevich, who is also a veteran of the Vietnam War. Colonel Bacevich served in the US Army for 23 years. Currently, he is a Professor of International Relations at Boston University. Professor Bacevich is also author of "The Pentomic Era: The U.S. Army Between Korea and Vietnam."

The third guest we spoke with was Carlos Durante, also a Vietnam War veteran. Ducante served in the US Navy as a Marine Sergeant. He is currently chief engineer at Boston University's College of Comminications.
