This week's show featured a panel discussion held by the Institute for Human Sciences at Boston University four days after the re-election of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The panel, entitled "Putin's Second Term: Prospects for Russia and America," discussed the election's impact on American-European relations.

The panelists of this discussion were Lilia Shevtsova, senior associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Moscow, and Angela Stent, national intelligence officer for Russia and Eurasia at the U.S. National Intelligence Council (NIC), an arm of the CIA devoted to long-term strategic development. Arnold Horelick, adjunct staff member of the RAND Corporation and a former national intelligence officer covering the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, moderated the discussion.
