This show featured excerpts from a lecture presented by the Institute for Human Sciences, in cooperation with the Department of International Relations at Boston University.

The speaker of the lecture, titled "Transatlantic Relations in the 21st Century," was former German Defense Minister, Volker Ruhe. Thomas Berger, Boston University Associate Professor of International Relations, responded to Ruhe's remarks.

Both Minister Ruhe and Professor Berger were introduced by Institute for Human Sciences Executive Director, Irena Grudzinska-Gross.
