Trial For Ousted Probation Commissioner Continues
ResumeA top aide to the president of the Massachusetts Senate returns to the stand Monday morning in the corruption cover-up trial of the state's ousted probation commissioner John O'Brien.

But the judge has made it clear to jurors that patronage is not a crime. Reporter David Scharfenberg, who is covering the trial, joined WBUR's Morning Edition.
This segment aired on May 19, 2014.
