Brady, Goodell Await Judge's Ruling In 'DeflateGate' Case

There'll be no settlement. And a federal judge could issue a ruling as early as Tuesday on Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's legal challenge of the four-game football deflation suspension handed to him by the NFL.

Both Brady and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell were back before the judge Monday in New York.

WBUR's Curt Nickisch was there and has this report on what happened in court.
