Among those addressing the annual conference of the New England-Canada Business Council Friday in Boston is the premier of Quebec.

WBUR's Morning Edition sat down with Premier Philippe Couillard at the Quebec Government Office downtown to learn more about how he sees hydropower from Quebec fitting into this region's energy mix.

This segment aired on November 13, 2015.
