A suspected drug dealer is accused of shooting and injuring a Boston police officer Friday morning in Dorchester. Police quickly apprehended and arrested the suspect. WBUR's Anthony Brooks reports the wounded officer is recovering at Boston Medical Center with a non-life-threatening injury.
