Portraits Of Boston: 'That's About It'

love-the-bruins

“I love the Bruins. That’s about it. My life is not very interesting.”

“Is anything else important to you?”

“My 9-year-old son.”

“What’s the best part about being his mom?”

“Just loving him. He is the best child I could imagine. He is a saint.”

“What are you most proud of in him?”

“He overcame his fear of playing hockey. He used to be petrified. Now he wants to be a hockey player when he grows up.”

“Are you raising him on your own?”

“Yes. His father passed away when he was 4.”

“I imagine that it’s not easy raising him by yourself.”

“It’s not very easy. So, that’s about it. My life is not very interesting.”
