Working with others is also fantastic, of course. But in today’s story, we’ll meet a woman who learns that self-reliance can be very sweet, indeed.

Our story is called “A Taste of Honey.” Versions of this folktale originally come from Pakistan and India, in South Asia

Voices in this episode include: Elle Borders, Evan Casey, Maurice Parent, Lynette Rathnam, Anne Undeland, Craig Wallace, Thom Whaley, Jacob Yeh, and Hannah Simone. Hannah has starred on FOX's hit series, “New Girl,” as well as the animated TV show, “Mira, Royal Detective.” Playing her father is her real-life dad, author Naren Simone!
