In his new book, "White House Diary," former president Jimmy Carter accuses the late Massachusetts Sen. Ted Kennedy of holding up sweeping health care reform, the Associated Press reports. And 60 Minutes has a video up on its Website titled "Jimmy Carter Slams Ted Kennedy."

"60 Minutes" will air an interview with Carter this Sunday, and quotes him as saying that if Kennedy had not opposed his plan, America would have had comprehensive health care reform long ago.

This program aired on September 17, 2010. The audio for this program is not available.
