If CommonHealth had a Wonk-to-Wild award for the best performance turning dry health policy into fun, this week's inaugural prize would go to Scott Hensley of NPR's "Shots" blog. In effect, Scott has converted the Institute of Medicine's eye-glazing 450-page report, "Best Care at Lower Cost: The Path to Continuously Learning Health Care in America" into a delightfully thought-provoking survey.
