President Biden has nominated Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins to become the next U.S. Attorney in Massachusetts.

The U.S. Senate still has to confirm Rollins, which is expected to happen this fall. If confirmed, Rollins will become the first Black woman to serve as the top federal law enforcement official in Massachusetts.
