Massachusetts and the world are watching the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, Scotland, from afar.

COP26, as it's known, involves leaders from 197 countries meeting over a two-week period to improve – and hopefully enforce – plans to lower the world’s greenhouse gas emissions.
