Consider This: Board recommends disbarment for former state prosecutor in drug lab scandal

For the first time ever, the Massachusetts board that disciplines attorneys is recommending that a former state prosecutor lose her law license for failing to turn over evidence that might have exonerated defendants.

The Board of Bar Overseers recently proposed disbarment for former assistant attorney general Anne Kaczmarek, for her actions in the state's nearly decade-old drug lab scandal.
