The latest United Nations assessment of the potential worldwide impacts of climate change warns people every place on Earth is vulnerable.

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change report examines how climate change is affecting oceans and frozen areas of the Earth, such as glaciers, sea ice and permafrost.

WBUR Earthwhile reporter Miriam Wasser joined Morning Edition host Bob Oakes to explain what the report means for New England.
