A new statewide survey from the MassINC Polling Group highlights concerns among K-12 parents about the success of remote learning during the coronavirus pandemic.

While 80% of the 1,502 parents polled say they approve of their school's handling of the pandemic, more than half of parents fear the switch to online classes has hurt their children's education.

The poll also reveals mixed feelings among parents about sending students back to school this fall.

Steve Koczela, President of the MassINC Polling Group, spoke with WBUR's Morning Edition about the survey.
