Dr. McLellan is the deputy director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy, and has a very personal perspective on drug policy because he lost a son to addiction.
Hurricane Earl Could Become Major Hurricane
The U.S. National Hurricane Center said Hurricane Earl could become a major hurricane Monday or early Tuesday, and possibly reach Category 4 status by the middle of the week. A hurricane warning has now been issued for the U.S. Virgin Islands and forecasters say residents from the Carolinas north through the Mid-Atlantic and New England states need to pay attention to this storm. As Hurricane Earl begins to batter the northern Leeward Islands and Hurricane Danielle is gradually weakening, Dennis Feltgen of the U.S. National Hurricane Center brings us the latest.
