U.S. Had Numerous Warnings About Mumbai Terror Plotter

ProPublica reports more details about the U.S. government's contacts with David Coleman Headley, a central figure in the 2008 terrorist attacks in Mumbai and a one-time informer for the Drug Enforcement Administration. At least five times, relatives or associates of Headley's warned the U.S. government that Headley was working with or training militants in Pakistan.
