The Obama administration is ordering government agencies to review procedures for keeping classified information secret, now that the online whistleblower Wikileaks has released 250,000 State Department documents that give a behind-the-scenes look into U.S. diplomacy.

The documents contain frank assessments of world leaders, and indicate that the State Department tried to collect credit card numbers and other personal information that belonged to United Nations diplomats. We speak with Barbara Bodine, former ambassador to Yemen.  She is a lecturer in public policy at Princeton University.

This segment aired on November 29, 2010.
