We touch down in the town of Randolph, N.Y., population 2,600, where officials are telling people to stay off the roads after a storm dumped 4 feet of snow on the area.

Pete Reding, of the restaurant Pete's Place, tells us that he's been serving up ham, parsley potatoes and cauliflower for any brave souls that venture outside.
