Snow storms are pounding Randolph, Ny., and other towns in the Great Lakes region. In Meadville, Pa., a woman makes her across a snow covered sidewalk after storms dumped more than two feet of snow there. (AP)

We touch down in the town of Randolph, N.Y., population 2,600, where officials are telling people to stay off the roads after a storm dumped 4 feet of snow on the area.

Pete Reding, of the restaurant Pete's Place, tells us that he's been serving up ham, parsley potatoes and cauliflower for any brave souls that venture outside.
