Workers Find Renewable Energy Jobs Are Few And Far Between

San Diego Community College recently announced that, like many community colleges around the country, they'll begin offering a training program for green energy jobs, like solar panel installation, wind turbine upkeep and home weatherization.

But reporter Monica Potts found that while these training programs turn out workers ready to climb up and fix a wind turbine, the jobs aren't always available. Her article, "Green Job Search" appears in the American Prospect.
