Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in Geneva, Switzerland today to rally international pressure against Libya, as the European Union agreed to an economic blockade of the country to force Libyan leader Col. Moammar Gadhafi to leave the country he has controlled for more than 40 years.

Also being discussed is a no-fly zone in Libyan air space to limit Gadhafi's ability to use air power against rebel fighters. We discuss the international community's options to end the violence in Libya with Indira Lakshmanan, foreign affairs correspondent for Bloomberg news.

This segment aired on February 28, 2011.
