Moammar Gadhafi's forces are shelling the only major city in the western half of Libya that remains under partial rebel control. Residents in Misrata say weeks of fierce government bombardment have killed dozens and terrorized survivors, leaving them with little food and medical supplies.

This segment aired on April 12, 2011.
