Shares in Apple fell slightly this morning on the news that co-founder Steve Jobs is stepping down as CEO because he can no longer continue for health reasons. Jobs is a pancreatic cancer survivor who's had a liver transplant.

And Jobs is being heralded by industry watchers, insiders and consumers as a magic man, even a demigod for revolutionizing how we communicate.

But Jobs could be a mercurial, demanding micro-manager in his quest for innovation. Still Jobs has a bigger fan base than Elvis.

Rich Karlgaard, the publisher of Forbes Magazine told Here & Now's Sacha Pfeiffer that Steve Jobs is the Henry Ford or Walt Disney of American industry today.

This segment aired on August 25, 2011.
