Rebels Consolidate Hold On Tripoli

British warplanes struck a large bunker Friday in Moammar Gadhafi's hometown of Sirte, his largest remaining stronghold, as NATO turned its attention to loyalist forces battling advancing rebels in the area.

As the rebels consolidate their hold on Tripoli, the opposition National Transitional Council says it's moving some of its people to the capital to begin the process of transition.
