Major League Baseball's regular season comes to an end Wednesday and for fans of the St. Louis Cardinals, Atlanta Braves, Boston Red Sox and Tampa Bay Rays, what a wild finish it will be.

All four teams are vying for a playoff spot as a wildcard entry and their fates could be decided tonight.
