Health Care Reform Could Dominate Supreme Court Term
ResumeThe Supreme Court begins a new term on Monday, and one case that's not even on the docket could overshadow all else.
The Obama Administration could ask the court to rule on the constitutionality of health care reform just as the president seeks re-election. A lower court has already ruled that the requirement that all Americans have health insurance is unconstitutional.
If the case comes before the Supreme Court, it would join more than 40 others that will be argued.
