Rotarians in Los Altos, Calif. first focused on AIDS in the 1980s when the disease was still considered taboo by many. The group got involved after two people with ties to the group became infected with the disease.

We check in on the group's initiative to prevent mothers from passing AIDS to their children in Africa.
