Deadly Cholera Outbreak Sparks Lawsuit In Haiti

The Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti says it intends to sue the United Nations, because UN peacekeepers are responsible for the cholera epidemic that has killed nearly 7,000 people since it broke out in October of 2010. The BBC's Mark Doyle reports.
