What's Next In Congress After Health Care Ruling?

Republicans are vowing to repeal every provision of health care reform. And like CNN, the first Republican reaction to the ruling was wrong. The Wall Street Journal's live blog of the decision reported a statement from California Republican Brian Bilbray, which said, “In the wake of the Supreme Court declaring the ‘individual mandate’ portion of the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional, it is questionable as to whether the rest of the bill can stand." He later revised his statement.

Meanwhile, in Congress Thursday, as many as 30 Democrats may join Republicans in voting to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for not producing documents about what he knew and when about the botched "Fast and Furious" gun smuggling investigation.
