Author Elinor Lipman has vowed on both Facebook and Twitter to write a political poem on Twitter every day until the election.Each tweet has to rhyme, scan, and of course be 140 characters or less. Her earlier works have been collected in the new book "Tweet Land of Liberty: Irreverent Rhymes from the Political Circus."
